This painting is one of the first paintings I ever did, when I was as an Artist-in-Residence at Glen Echo Park in Glen Echo, MD. I had just been awarded my first Artist Residency after ditching the field I had majored in, International Relations. It’s a longer story then that, but know that I did spend boocoup time alongside this fountain in Les Halles, Paris. Whether doing homework, contemplating any number of polemics or attending a protest to free Nelson Mandela. I also worked at a Tex-Mex Restaurant called “The Studio,” nearby in the Marais.

This special release will be available as art prints, throw pillow, and here you have it mugs! The catch? I’m only producing 200 of each item. The original…well, it’s not for sale.
