Wingspan Studio is in Burlington, Vermont’s South End Arts & Industry District. 4 Howard Street, Burlington VT.
Located in an old bristle brush factory, the studio sits on the 3rd floor with a birds eye view down below and loads of windows and natural light. The building is an explorer’s dream for unexpected found object treasures, art and …
Wingspan is easy to reach off of Interstate I-89, the Shelburne Road Exit, also known as US-7.
Take US-7/Shelburne Road North towards Burlington. At Howard Street (about 1.5 miles), Turn left onto it (going towards Lake Champlain). There is a light here, at the turn, and a star-like intersection. Wingspan is found at the bottom of the street, in the large red brick colored corner building, right before you get to Pine Street.
To find us, as there are several 4 Howard Sts, look for the shiny, little disco ball hanging from the tattered red awning. A Wingspan Studio sign is also in the tree to the left of the correct exterior door to enter. Hoof it to the 3rd Floor, first door on the left. To visit the studio and view artwork, discuss your projects, appointments are necessary. Contact Maggie Standley to make an appointment at 802.233.7676 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Parking is found for long-term, behind the building. Enter this lot from Pine Street adjacent to Speeder & Earls Coffee Shop. For summer kids camp drop offs, you can park on Howard Street, Pine Street or in the loading dock area on Howard. Hope to see you at the studio soon!
